Radha C. Arora
Teaching mentor, Nagpur
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Youth Network
- 1978 to 1995
- English
For 17 years I've mentored people in teaching and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Radha
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Radha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
