Helping people break into leadership
- 🇺🇸 St. Petersburg, Florida, United States
- Redwood Association
- Since 2018
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 340 people through Redwood Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rachel
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rachel: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
