Rachel L. Pearson
Mentor in farming and design
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Acacia Foundation
- Since 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 700 people through Acacia Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rachel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
