I coached martial arts at Edmonton Redwood Swimming Club from 1979 to 2012. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
