Rachel F. Reddy
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇿🇦 Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa
- Stellenbosch Mentoring Circle
- 2005 to 2015
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 580 people through Stellenbosch Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Rachel
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
