Rachel D. Russell
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇿 Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand
- Since 2018
- English
I've worked in bicycle repair since 2018. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 260 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Rachel: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
