Rabin Sagar Sherpa
Public speaking mentor, Kathmandu
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Kathmandu Mentoring Circle
- Since 1999
- English, Nepali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,570 people through Kathmandu Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Rabin
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Rabin: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
