I'm a ceramics artist based in Istanbul. I've been making things since 1993 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Rabia
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Rabia: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
