Coached swimming for 45 years in Stuttgart
- 🇩🇪 Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany
- Stuttgart Eastgate Sports Club

- German, Turkish
I've coached swimming at Stuttgart Eastgate Sports Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rabia
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

I still think about the time the class pet escaped. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Porto Alegre.
