Rabia Ayşe Doğan
Helping people break into nursing
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Youth Network
- 2001 to 2012
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 560 people through Istanbul Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Rabia
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
