I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,390 people through Orchid Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Quyên: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
