Quinn W. Soto
Design mentor, Fort Worth
- 🇺🇸 Fort Worth, Texas, United States
- Silverlake Foundation
- Since 1998
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,680 people through Silverlake Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Quinn
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Quinn: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
