Quinn F. Rice
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Birmingham, England, United Kingdom
- Old Westbrook Workshop
- Since 2016
- English
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Birmingham, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Quinn
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Quinn: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
