Queen Nneka Ajayi
Art and agriculture teacher, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Greenfield Academy
- 1983 to 2014
- English, Yoruba
For 31 years I was the art teacher at Greenfield Academy. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 930 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

You taught me art in 1990 at Greenfield Academy. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Thank you again.
