Queen Mercy Afolabi
Keeper of the community outreach
- 🇳🇬 Bonny, Rivers, Nigeria
- Beacon Archive
- 2005 to 2016
- English, Igbo
For eleven years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Beacon Archive.
Some of my favorite visitors were children who came for the heating and stayed for the books.
More about Queen
I still remember the favorites of every regular.

What gifts mean to Queen: I'd put a gift toward a reading corner at the nearby school.
