Queen Khadija Nwachukwu
School nursing nurse at Kano Maternity Hospital
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Kano Maternity Hospital
- 2002 to 2017
- English, Igbo
I've been a nurse for 15 years, most of them in school nursing at Kano Maternity Hospital in Kano. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small things matter when someone is frightened.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
