Queen Funmilayo Musa
Masonry for 16 years in Badagry
- 🇳🇬 Badagry, Lagos, Nigeria
- Badagry Works
- 2007 to 2023
- English
My trade is masonry. I opened my own shop in 2007 in Badagry and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Queen
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Queen: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
