For eight years I ran the wrestling program at Los Angeles Windsor Sports Club in Los Angeles. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Quang: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
