Quang Huy Doan
18 years teaching economics in Hồ Chí Minh City
- 🇻🇳 Hồ Chí Minh City, Hồ Chí Minh City, Vietnam
- Since 1991
- English, Vietnamese, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 35 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Quang
If you were in my the youngest children class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.

What gifts mean to Quang: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
