Qiang Tao Shen
26 years teaching environmental science in Manukau
- 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
- Cedar Grove Girls' School
- 2016 to 2025
- English, French
Cedar Grove Girls' School was my second home. I taught environmental science there from 2016 to 2025, mostly first-year students.
Over the years I had 490 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Qiang
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Qiang: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
