Bicycle repair, done properly

I've worked in bicycle repair since 1996. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 1,650 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 22 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Qiang: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
