Qiang Bo Liao
Mentor in first-generation students and farming
- 🇺🇸 Dayton, Ohio, United States
- Dayton Community Trust
- Since 2010
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Dayton Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about Qiang
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
