Qasim Walid Jaber
Children's librarian in Heliopolis
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Frangipani Library
- 2010 to 2021
- English, Arabic
For eleven years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at Frangipani Library.
I ran the Saturday reading group and the summer reading challenge. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Qasim
I still remember the favorites of every regular.
