I've spent 47 years as a lecturer in computer science at Medina Institute of Technology in Medina. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Qasim: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
