Qasim Mahmoud Lotfy

Boxing coach, Cairo Community Club

🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
Cairo Community Club
1987 to 2018
English, Arabic

I'm a boxing coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 960 kids fall in love with the game. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Qasim

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Qasim: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
