I've coached gymnastics at Cairo Swimming Club since 2003. Most of my players were between 11 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Qasim
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
