I taught economics at Kediri Academy in Kediri from 1980 to 2018. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 1,560 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
