Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India

For eleven years I've mentored people in farming and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Purvi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
