Helping people break into teaching

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,180 people through Jalandhar Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 2019. I still have your notes. Greetings from Tijuana.
