I spent 22 years as a lecturer in education at Kaduna College in Kaduna. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a postal worker and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Prof. Yakubu
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Yakubu: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
