Prof. Yılmaz
Retired philosophy lecturer
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Üsküdar State University
- 1986 to 1997
- English, Turkish
I spent eleven years as a lecturer in philosophy at Üsküdar State University in Üsküdar. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a nurse and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Prof. Yılmaz
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Yılmaz: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
