I've spent 32 years as a lecturer in political science at San Jose College in San Jose. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
