Prof. Verma
Sociology lecturer, 1982 to 2002
- 🇮🇳 Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- 1982 to 2002
- English
I taught sociology at Chennai University from 1982 to 2002, and supervised 16 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Prof. Verma
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Prof. Verma: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
