I've spent nine years as a lecturer in agriculture at Maple Ridge State University in Muzaffarpur. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
