Prof. Takeda
Retired modern history lecturer
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Ashford Polytechnic
- 1991 to 1999
- Japanese, Spanish
I spent eight years as a lecturer in modern history at Ashford Polytechnic in Shinjuku. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as an accountant and in a dozen other fields. It is the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Prof. Takeda: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
