Prof. Swai
Professor of computer science, Eastgate University
- 🇹🇿 Arusha, Arusha, Tanzania
- Eastgate University
- 1979 to 1993
- English, Swahili
My subject is computer science, and for 14 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Eastgate University.
I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Prof. Swai
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Swai: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
