I've spent 44 years as a lecturer in materials science at Eastgate State University in Nizamabad. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Prof. Sivakumar
If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Prof. Sivakumar: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
