Prof. Salim
Sociology lecturer, Since 1980

I've spent 46 years as a lecturer in sociology at Mount Pleasant College in Kinondoni. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Prof. Salim
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Prof. Salim: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
