Prof. Newar
Professor of materials science, Beacon College
- 🇳🇵 Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal
- Beacon College
- Since 1985
- English, Nepali
My subject is materials science, and for 41 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Beacon College.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Prof. Newar
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
