My subject is computer science, and for 34 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Bronx Polytechnic.
I never raise my voice. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
