Prof. Moreira
Professor of statistics, Maple Ridge Institute of Technology
- 🇧🇷 Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil
- 1978 to 2014
- Portuguese
I taught statistics at Maple Ridge Institute of Technology from 1978 to 2014, and supervised 47 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Prof. Moreira: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
