Prof. Maulana
Materials science lecturer, Since 1980
- 🇮🇩 Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia
- Surakarta State University
- Since 1980
- English, Indonesian
I've spent 46 years as a lecturer in materials science at Surakarta State University in Surakarta. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm still learning every day.

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Prof. Maulana: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
