Prof. Kirby
Retired philosophy lecturer
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Silverlake State University
- 2009 to 2025
- English
I spent 16 years as a lecturer in philosophy at Silverlake State University in San Jose. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a farmhand and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Prof. Kirby
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Prof. Kirby: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
