Prof. Kiptoo
31 years teaching marine biology at Nairobi University
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi University
- Since 1980
- English, Swahili
I've spent 46 years as a lecturer in marine biology at Nairobi University in Nairobi. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I make terrible puns.
More about Prof. Kiptoo
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Prof. Kiptoo: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
