Prof. Hoffman
Professor of literature, Los Angeles University
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles University
- 1991 to 2009
- English
I spent 18 years as a lecturer in literature at Los Angeles University in Los Angeles. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Prof. Hoffman
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Hoffman: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
