My subject is philosophy, and for 14 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Lapu-Lapu College.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm learning the guitar.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Prof. Hernandez
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.

What gifts mean to Prof. Hernandez: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
