I've spent 13 years as a lecturer in linguistics at Fairview Institute of Technology in Depok. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
My door was open at lunch. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Prof. Handoko
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Prof. Handoko: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
