I've spent 45 years as a lecturer in nursing at Lagos Polytechnic in Lagos. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Prof. Gbadamosi: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
