My subject is sociology, and for ten years I got to share it with undergraduates at Varanasi Polytechnic.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Prof. Garg
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Garg: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
