Prof. Garcia

- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- St. Mary's State University

I teach economics at St. Mary's State University since 2002, and supervised 57 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I'm learning the guitar.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Prof. Garcia
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Prof. Garcia: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
